I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care my mother received at [Nursing Home Name]. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel loved and comfortable. A special thank you to Charlotte, Shannon, and Bernice for their kindness, compassion, and dedication—they treated my mother like family, and that means the world to us. I also want to acknowledge the office staff for their professionalism and patience. They promptly answered all my questions and supported us through the Medicaid application process, which can be stressful. Their understanding and responsiveness made everything so much easier. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a caring and supportive environment. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done!

I am reviewing this as a visitor not as a client. Have visited here several times. There is always someone at front desk to check you in. When I have visited and walked in - no smell of Urine. Staff seems to be helpful and nice. Love seeing the elderly outside in the rocking chairs enjoying the day. Activities are provided.

Thank god we didn’t choose this place and opted to go somewhere else. I often see their vehicles driving very recklessly on the road, like no turn signals and cutting off cars kind of reckless. At the least if my grandma was being transported by them I wouldn’t trust em.

Bayou Pines has been a Godsend for our family in taking care of our mother! in a rush to find a safe healthy environment we found Bayou Pines and were blessed they had a room available. Physical therapy worked to get her legs stronger to walk, the dining hall is great and food is always smelling good! the activities keep her busy and everyone there seems to care and takes part in keeping residents active and healthy! through the Covid, Bayou Pines have kept us informed and been actively keeping numbers down ! keep up the good work! highly recommended!!!!!

Thank you Bayou Pines for taking wonderful care of our mother for the last 4 years! She passed away on Dec 11. We are very grateful for the whole staff, especially Charlotte and Karen and all the aids on the 300 wing over the years! God Bless you all!
