If I could give zero stars I would. When communicating procedure times DO NOt be fooled, the time they give is an arrival time not an appointment time. This is not disclosed. After arriving it turns out the appointment time is over 4 hours after the time you are told to arrive. Be wary of bringing any concerns to the attention of the front desk. They lack empathy and are rude. Ask to speak to someone else, they too are rude and will interrupt you while you express concerns. How can we truly communicate and listen if staff talks over you and interrupts. The worst surgery center, worst staff, awful experience.

Staff is so sweet, patient and kind. Went above and beyond to make our visit workout when we thought we might have to cancel.

A comfortable procedure. The staff are personable and professional. I have felt "in good hands" at every visit. I had four procedures in 3 years and each was well managed and anxiety free.

Accompanied one of my friends as her stabilizer for a procedure. The staff was informative of a delay from an earlier procedure. The staff was cordial and were quick to escort me around to the appropriate areas throughout my friend's procedure.

Entirely too too slow Appointment was at 2 and it's 4:24 and still waiting these people has to do better makes no sense if you're late they won't even see you but expect you to wait hours
