Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care - Waxahachie

I was very impressed by this facility. Getting an appointment was easy. The ladies at the front desk were extremely polite and efficient. The PA I saw was thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional. She addressed my issue and gave me treatment to alleviate the pain. I was also pleased that the time spent here was very manageable. I definitely recommend this Scott and White Urgent Care.

I never left a review regarding this facility, because every time we have gone .... It has felt like some sort of "hassle" (doctors rushing the visit not being through and just prescribing what "they think might work) Just recently (on Jan 30th) we went to this location cause My son was presenting viral symptoms (fever, cough and a lot of phlegm I could hear at night when he was asleep) they asked "if I wanted to do the c-vid and throat test, I refused the c-vid one and they just tested for strep which it was negative. After a few.... The nurse came back and said the doctor wanted to do the "c-vid" test, to which I said NO, then she said .. "you can do the throat one"... To which I replied, "you just did that one already". She left, and after a few a physician came in with the name of

Took my son in for a visit. The front desk staff and MA were great. The wait time, however, was long — we spent about two hours there, only for Nicole to come in for less than a minute and send him for a quick X-ray. Unfortunately, my interaction with Nicole was disappointing. She walked into the room without properly introducing herself or facing us while speaking. She did not ask for any additional details about the reason for the visit, and despite being told I would receive a call with the X-ray results, I never did. As a Baylor employee myself, I was especially disappointed to experience this level of care from an NP. We should strive to provide better care and communication for all patients. Don’t think I’d come back to this location.

My family and I have always had a great experience here. Today I want to give Jamera/Jamara (forget her name exactly) major kudos. It was so busy in the office with phone calls, people showing up for their appointments and people showing up as walk ins. She handled us and others with such grace and positivity and a smile. She never looked flustered. Everyone there is so great but she was a rockstar today!

The BEST! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Went in without appointment, got in within a few minutes, they determined I needed a specialist and made a call to another Baylor facility in town. Got in with the specialist in just a few minutes and done! I was shocked. Can't remember when I have had a better experience anywhere.
