Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care+ Mesquite

The staff gets five stars out of five. All of them are exceptional. I had an appointment, was seen promptly, had imaging and flu test testing, received three prescriptions and two shots and was released within 90 minutes. I felt that was excellent service and will definitely recommend them. Carrie was my PA and I could not have asked for a better person to treat my multiple problems. And she did so with a sense of humor that I appreciated. I do have two complaints that have nothing to do with the staff. I was in severe back pain (as shown on my imaging). My first complaint is that their chairs have some very slight padding but they are hard as a rock. The bed is worse, so I was unable to get comfortable during my 90 minute visit. Wonderful experience at this urgent care facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and I was seen in a very reasonable amount of time. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The facility itself was very clean and well-organized, which added to the overall sense of care and professionalism. Whatever process they have in place is effective and thorough. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would not hesitate to return if I ever need urgent care again. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting this urgent care.The office was clean, the front desk staff was nice. The provider I saw I felt kind of rushed through. Also, he should consider having a more professional look. Nothing overboard, but put together. When he came in I definitely didn't think he was the provider. He may be very knowledgeable, but you have to get past his appearance to find out. Some people won't or rather won't return. The office on a whole was efficient. I did not have to wait long which is always a plus when you are not feeling well.

My experience at Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care was very uneventful. My entire stay went very smoothly. The entire staff were very friendly and efficient. The care didn't take very long. I was seen very quickly and the rest of the care was very calming. I would recommend this Urget Care facility to family and friends.

Overall my experience was good with the staff but the 2 hour wait was not. I had made an appointment for 2:15 pm and left the clinic at 4:30 pm. The clinic also takes walk in patients which is fine but no priority is given for an appointment. Everyone just gets in line. There should be a system to give individuals with an appointment a pass to the head of the line behind other appointment holders. This clinic is my "go to" on weekends or holidays. I appreciate the staff for working to serve so many people.
