Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care - Irving

I checked in online before my appointment and when I arrived I waited about 5 to 10 minutes before I was weighed and taken to an examination room. The process was smooth and the staff were all courteous. Great urgent care - will definitely consider coming back for future visits if needed.

The nurse and physician who helped me were amazing! I had some of most thorough and responsive care that I’ve ever experienced. Usually, my concerns are not taken seriously, but my PA listened, explained everything clearly, and gave me useable knowledge that will help me seek answers for my condition. Very grateful for their work.

I was in and out. I am not sure if it was because of the time I went or what. The PA was wonderful and made me feel comfortable being there. Answered all my questions I had. The MA was also great. Both had very good customer service. Always had smiles on their faces.

nice staff. had a terrible cough from the flu (tested positive for influenza B at this urgent care when I got seen). was prescribed 4 prescriptions which helped me get relief and faster recovery.
