Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care+ Georgetown (Austin Ave)

Everyone was exceptionally nice and professional. The check in girl was so welcoming and Art the Medical assistant , was kind and efficient. There were quite a few patients before me and they did what they could to get me in and out quickly! I was very impressed.

I took my 9-year-old daughter here and they got us in quite quickly after making a reservation on the Baylor Scott& White portal. Upon arrival I learned that this really isn't Baylor Scott& White, but some kind of an affiliate and they don't have access to the patient's records or histories or contact information, etc, etc, etc... We went back and they asked a few questions and the doctor came in to see us. He was in the room for 4 or 5 minutes and prescribed and antibiotic for my daughter. I looked at the discharge papers and saw that they had her weight off by 100 lb and asked them if that would change the dosage or intervals of medication to be administered. They went back and changed it and came back with discharge papers that included the first set and the second set of instruction

1st time to ever go here and was pleasantly surprised. I was welcomed when I came in, the girl at the desk git me entered into the computer and got all my info, and the nurse/tech who gave me the flu shot was really sweet. Overall a really good experience, especially considering it's a medical place, and I will use them in the future. Wish I woulda got names for their "attaboys", but all working there were really kind, considerate, and caring. Thanx a million and God bless y'all.

Every time I come in, he is professional, friendly, and truly cares about his patients. He’s helped clean out my ears from ear wax multiple times, and each visit has been quick, comfortable, and done with great attention to detail. Art takes the time to explain everything, makes you feel at ease, and never rushes the process. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in his work. Because of him, I always feel confident coming back to this location. If you’re going to NextCare in Georgetown, Art is the guy you want taking care of you. Hands down the best — highly recommend!
