This urgent care facility is amazing In their patient care. From the desk staff who are very easy to work with to the support staff who are concerned about your welfare and the provider takes care of you. Everything about your visit be focused on your care. They took plenty of time to listen to me and to make sure that my pain control was adequate as I was receiving stitches. The provider was amazing During the process. He checked on me the entire time. And did the stitches in a way where it made it possible for me to still move the joint. Just that process process and thinking about my well-being and use of my hand to me felt like above and beyond.

I liked that it was easy to make an appointment for when I get off of work but it seems like their system doesn’t really honor it like I thought they would. I had to work so of course I made an appointment that gave me enough time to get there and not be late. However when I came in and checked in, they took walk-ins and later appointments before me despite me still being 15 minutes early. I did all the forms beforehand to make it easier as well. There is no point in making appointments if they’re just going to do that as some people have to work and I didn’t want to hog a later time so I chose an appropriate time but it didn’t matter. The provider and medical assistant there was awesome though!

Over the years, I have consistently visited this clinic, witnessing its evolution and the diverse range of practitioners it has employed. However, I must express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided by one particular provider. This individual genuinely assisted me and my son, demonstrating exceptional kindness and attentiveness. He listened intently to my son’s concerns, posed thoughtful questions, and even incorporated light-hearted humor into our interactions. His remarkable dedication and compassion have left a lasting impression on me. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Brozek for his exceptional service. The check in process was very efficient and staff very welcoming and professional. I am very pleased with the medical care I received. The treatment plan was very pro-active and was explained in detail verbally and in the release documents. My prescriptions were sent while I was in the office and in fact ready for pick up on my way home . I was feeling better within a couple hours yesterday and much improved this morning. Thank you for an exceptional experience, and be 100% for the holidays.

I never write reviews. I initially went to the other guys (Texas Health Breeze) for my urgent care needs, and I have always felt like it was going through a drive through. Swab for flu and covid, add prescriptions based on what I told them I'd been experiencing, get out the door. Never an in depth exam or true concern for what I was experiencing. Let me tell you, not these folks! I wish I had known about this urgent care so I could have saved the expense of the first one. It took me coming here to learn that something was off with the cough I've had. Vaughn Brozek has the kindest demeanor and care. He is personable, he listens, and does everything he can to get you back in good order. This place even does their own x-rays and consults with radiologists. Truly next level service! Thank you
