Continued success! My experience was wonderful. Technician Money was outstanding and very professional. Her approach and presentation was superb. Appearance and attire let you know a professional was taking care of you. Her introduction of events and procedures were presented with clarity, confidence and knowledge. A very good listener and answered questions in detail. She knows how to avoid making a patient nervous thru facial expressions, comforting body language and an angelic disposition. Facility was clean and orderly. Restroom was better than expected. Bedding was immaculate. Mattress was heavenly. Pillows were too soft but comfortable. Equipment appeared up to date. Environment was good and dark and quiet. Technician Money was readily accessible and response time was quick. There

If I could give 10 stars I would. This was by far the best hospital that I or my family have ever been to. I had a heart surgery here and I had the best care and best nurses and doctors. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful and caring. The nurses on Cardiac floors 5 and 6 are exceptional and went out of their way to make sure I was cared for had everything I needed. In the future I will make sure that if I have a need to go to a hospital it will be Baylor.

All employees were very nice and helpful. My nurse Jessica in Dr. Gohard’s office was especially helpful, knowable and went the extra mile to accommodate my situation. I was visiting the transplant. Clinic experience is great. I got there early. They were able to get me in early and I left to go home early. Great experience. The staff is just great.
