Baylor Scott & White Pharmacy #254

Just so everyone knows the way that insurance works is when a family out of pocket maximum is met the entire family on that plan gets healthcare with further out of pocket costs (beyond premiums) for the remainder of the plan year. It does not matter whether each individual has met their out of pocket maximum or not. You cannot trust what the pharmacy technicians or the pharmacist tell you. This pharmacy tried to tell my daughter that even though we had met our family out of pocket maximum she still needed to meet her individual out of pocket maximum then proceeded to tell her that the insurance told the pharmacy this. I called the insurance company and had to have the insurance call the pharmacy to get them to rerun through insurance and see the prescriptions and get the $0 copay!

The staff here really takes care of my prescription needs very well. They are friendly communicative and efficient and I appreciate them!
