Baylor Scott & White Pharmacy #108

They called me to come pick up a prescription for my mom and once I arrived (about 3 minutes after they called me) they were straight up rude. The door had a lunch break sign but the door was open. I thought maybe they forgot to flip the sign so I just went in to see. Instead of professionally saying they are on break or whatever, they start saying in the back “learn to read the sign” “use google translate” while laughing. No need to be rude about it. Could’ve said it in a respectful manner without the need to be blatantly racist. The only somewhat nice one was the lady at the desk. Hope they learn some manners.

I was turned away from getting the medication I was told not to miss for congestive heart failure!!! I arrived at the pharmacy at 6:44 asked for my meds, but the 2 cashiers dressed up in nurse clothes at the pharmacy desk spent 15 minutes whining about how they don't have time to fill my prescriptions today, and no they can't give me any to hold me over cause it's against the law even tho every pharmacist in the world does!! Great job you 2, u just lost bsw pharmacy a customer!!! great job u 2

They won't take insurance unless you're a patient.
