I can’t say enough good things about the team who took care of my sister (Hope) during her time at this rehab facility. From day one, they treated her with compassion, respect, and genuine kindness. Every staff member made an effort to support and encourage her, not just physically, but emotionally as well. The team consistently motivated her to keep going, celebrated her progress (big and small), and made sure she never felt alone in the process. This is an excellent facility. The staff is super nice and patient but persistent. This was exactly what my mom needed after on knee replacement. They got her up and moving and kept her motivated through the whole process. I really appreciate the staff as they were fun and energetic. From the PT staff to the people who bring you the meal, they are all upbeat and positive.

OMG! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! As a current patient from start to almost finish this place is the best! Well, the food could be better, but that's subjective. My case Coordinator visited me in my inhouse therapy where she actually had taken the time to read my chart finding I had a Traumatic Brain Injury that had been documented in ONE small spot. She pointed it out and that facility tested me and YEP it was pretty bad. That led to being accepted for both NUERO and physical/occupational Therapy. I’m been a patient at the Day Neuro Clinic at BSW Institute Rehabilitation for 3 months. I have been treated as a stroke. The staff is the best you could find any where! I’m busy with every minute on getting better. I loved a motivational clinic for my recovery!

This rehabilitation center has been quite an experience throughout our Son’s entire time he has been receiving rehab here. The therapists have all been very professional and their therapy treatments have shown great improvement in his conditions from day one. It has been a long journey for him and for my wife and I but the good Lord has seen us through with blessing after blessing. Thanks to all the therapists and entire Staff for all they do.
