I Wish I could of taken Pictures!! First few steps in the door and I felt noticed. My son and I were met with warmth, kindness And Professionalism. Intake was so smooth. And if you've read any of my other reviews you know I have an old fashion view about cleanliness. Your 1st steps in and wow. Your Breath is taken away with Clean Air. EVERYWHERE you went it was clean, fresh clean. From the base boards to the vents, clean. The procedure staff was Amazing, All of the staff I interacted with were great. The efficiency of the staff ran like clockwork from the front entrance to release. Plus my son was put at ease because they checked on him to and kept him in the loop. I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and the labor and delivery team. My wife and I were treated with respect and each person we can into contact with treated us like humans. I can definitely understand that staff see a ton of people and it could become very easy to fall into treating people like a number instead of a person. I just really wanted to say thank you for your hard work and empathy. My wife and I spent 3 nights there and we had over 20 staff pass through during that time. It is nearly impossible to list everyone who made a positive impression during that time (both the 20+ people we seen and the countless others behind the scenes we didn't see). I delivered my baby at this hospital, and as a first time mom I was extremely nervous and scared regarding treatment and aftercare. Sometimes nurses and doctors become so desensitized because they see these moments multiple times. I can say I have never experienced such grace, professional, kindness, and support from a hospital like I did at Baylor's L&D! Every single nurse I encountered was great! They gave it there best and whether it was night or day they had the best attitudes and were soo amazing!! It truly made both my labor and after care such an amazing experience. The hospital was amazing the people that work there is amazing really know how to work with people . If I had time to tell them about my experiences back home with hospitals the you guys would understand why I’m so grateful they delivered my son with great care . I wish I can send the ladies something. I landed in Texas by the grace of god and I believe everything happens for a reason . God did not wanna take me through hell again with Trenton nj hospitals sending me home in labor and telling me it wasn’t my water that broke. When it was my water . God sent me angels . I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at Baylor Waxahachie ER. I first came in on Sunday with severe lower abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and difficulty urinating. The ER doctor I saw had zero communication—I was sent home with only muscle relaxers and told to return if my pain worsened. Unfortunately, by Wednesday (3/4), my pain had escalated to excruciating levels, and I also experienced dizziness, extreme nausea, and high blood pressure. Despite this, I again felt that the staff did not listen to my concerns or attempt to determine the cause of my symptoms. I was sent home with only pain medication, still in severe pain, dizzy, and nauseous. I understand that I may appear as a frequent ER visitor, as I have been there multiple times for different issues, but that does not
