My favorite urgent care in Waco! Easy to schedule same day visit, often within 30min - 1hr. Clean nice facilities. Awesome staff… always so helpful and friendly.

My visit to Baylor Scott & White at the Central Texas Marketplace was nothing short of amazing. Front desk was friendly & efficient. The nurse that took my vitals was super nice and professional- she took her time to listen to my symptoms. Dr. Popejoy was friendly, listened and didn’t rush. X-Ray tech was on point. If you need to see a doctor, go to BSW at Central Texas Marketplace! On my way to feeling better!

I’ve been a patient at the Marketplace Clinic for several years and do have a primary health care physician here, but I’ve never felt the staff takes the time to know me or approach my health with attentiveness. At my most recent visit, I shared that my husband and I are trying for our first baby and I was very disappointed with the response. There were no follow up questions, no guidance on next steps, and no sense of support in such an important season of my life. I was simply told that hormone labs would be ordered and was then taken straight to the lab… &that was the extent of the interaction.

Today at my arrival, I was assisted by Jennifer P. during my patient check in. Jennifer was very courteous, friendly and really showed compassion in getting me back healthy and back to work. Thank you Jennifer for showing outstanding customer service!
