Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospitals - Colleyville

I had a great experience at Baylor Scott & White emergency hospital in Colleyville. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone was kind, professional, and helpful. I didn’t have to long, and the doctor took the time to listen and explain my treatment clearly. The facility was very clean and modern. I truly felt well cared for. Highly recommended!

My wife was seen at the Colleyville location Tuesday Jan 24 for chest tightness. All of the personnel were wonderful and treated both my wife and I very professionally. From Jessica at the front desk, Tomeka the nurse , Greg and Dr Masson. Tomeka installed the port for my wife , which has small veins and usually has much trouble with this type of procedure, it was in before my wife had time to notice. Tomeka got the line in first try which eased my wife’s fears greatly. We were very satisfied with the care she received .

I came to the ER after a car accident and was extremely scared. The Dr dinh and radiology jorge and kayla staff member who helped me was incredibly polite, caring, and patient. He guided me through the CT scan and made the whole process feel easy and safe. It was comforting to know I was in good hands. This is the kind of person every hospital needs — someone who makes people in pain feel safe, calm, and cared for. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness.”

From the moment I walked in, Kaitlyn at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Kristen was compassionate, attentive, and kept me comfortable throughout my visit. Jorge was professional, kind, and made sure I was well taken care of. Dr. Gurru was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me great peace of mind. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and I truly felt like I was in the best hands. I’m grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this facility!

Our family had an absolutely outstanding experience at this hospital after our two-year-old son took a hard fall and broke his arm. Jessica at the front desk was our first point of contact, and she set the tone for the whole visit. She greeted us with warmth and urgency, got us checked in immediately, and kept us calm during a moment of real panic. She treated our son like he was her own and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Belinda, our RN, was nothing short of phenomenal. She was patient, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. Our little guy was scared and hurting, but Belinda talked to
