I've been going for years. I love the staff and Dr's. I've seen Dr. Ginder and currently im with Dr. Morales. I believe it's a teaching facility and that's why there's a turn over every few years. They do have main Dr's though that oversee everything.

Constant revolving door of doctors… has been my primary care for over 2 years, and haven’t had the same person more than 3x for my monthly appt’s. Impossible to get prescription refills—they frequently do not respond in a timely manner on MyChart, do not pick up the phone even when the office is open, and for some reason their insurance ALWAYS has an issue that causes delays at the pharmacy. No one seems to know what they’re doing

All my Test results are on the BAY health portal but since the doctor couldn't see them in her system she told me she couldn't treat me Gary Birch

Just work on your customer service skills, and stop making patients feel uncomfortable when it’s time to check out and just stare at them and not wanting to actually communicate. Why am I standing to check out and people are just lounging on the (cell) phone and not wanting to help. It’s not professional. Crazy cause I actually love my doctor and how attentive she is . But the front of office needs to improve drastically

It seems that no one is available in returning calls to the front desk for making appointments. After my first visit with the physician, I was very impressed by the concern of the doctor I will be seeing. Hopefully, the front desk employees will have a better solution in helping patients with their visits. I had no other problems with my visit. I will be returning to see my new doctor in a few weeks. A busy practice should be a good sign that the physicians are doing a great job for the community.
