BayCare Urgent Care (New Tampa)

I want to brag on an amazing, attentive, efficient, compassionate, caring, professional, beautiful young lady named Brooke. After waiting almost 2 hours to get called back to a room to have my vitals taken and been seen by a doctor I was a little edgy when I heard my last name called. But thanks to Brooke's professional demeanor and warm aura, my edginess subsided almost instantly. You can see Brooke's passion for what she does in how she treats you as a patient, better yet as a human being. BayCare Management...please pass along my personal Thank You to Ms Brooke for her care, compassion and professionalism during my visit. You all have a gem..!!!

I really enjoy going to this urgent care. I admit the wait is long Even with an appointment. But the nurses are really great. I value the kindness and professionalism from everyone at the center. It’s also very convenient and the appointment times are very good. I always go to this urgent care. I have recommended in the past and will continue to do so.

I’m not someone who gets sick often, and I rarely need to visit a doctor. However, I was experiencing excruciating pain in my right shoulder and needed to find out what was going on. I went to BayCare Urgent Care, where they performed an X-ray that revealed a sprained shoulder. The physician clearly explained what I needed to do and made sure I received the care and guidance I needed. The staff was professional, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’m grateful for the help I received during a very uncomfortable situation.

I am very thankful for the care I received at BayCare Urgent Care. It was very convenient to schedule an appointment online. The excellent diagnosis and treatment that I received there & prescribed medications helped me to recover quickly. I should have gone sooner!

The front desk staff is very friendly, as well as the medical assistants. I was seen by PA Nicole and she is so compassionate and down to earth. I had such a great experience today and felt that my time and my concerns were respected.
