BayCare Urgent Care (Carrollwood)

A bad cold from 3 weeks ago still wouldn't fade away. My lungs just didn't feel right. My primary doctor office had closed so a friend suggested BayCare UrgentCare since it's close to my home. I was in an out of there in less than 45 minutes. Fantastic. I realize my visit on a later afternoon on a Friday may have been a lucky coincidence but the service I received was kind and efficient. Dr Thomas Hill and his nurse answered my questions and had me on my way and feeling better. I'll be on the hunt for a primary care physician but will be happy to go here anytime! Highly recommend.

The front desk was welcoming and kind. I didn’t wait long. The doctor did a quick check up of my knee and said I had bursitis. Prescribed a steroid. It’s still not healed but the care was quick, honest and clean.

We waited two hours to be seen. The Nurse Practitioner, Savina, was absolutely wonderful with our daughter.. however, the MA, Mackenzie is the reason we will not be going back to this Urgent Care. Her lack of care, compassion, and understanding made a situation that should not have been difficult, completely horrible. Upset that this was our experience because I would have returned to this practice for the NP alone.

Excellent service quick. Nicole was my doctor on duty she did an excellent job listening to my needs. Always a friendly staff there I really appreciate the service that they offer. I live in Town & country but I drive over to North Dale mabry to that facility because they always give me great service.

I went to this walk-in clinic when there were only four people waiting, but it still took almost two hours for me to be seen. For a walk-in clinic, that wait time feels excessive, especially given the low number of patients present. There was little communication about delays or expected wait time, which made the experience frustrating. The care itself was fine, but the long wait significantly impacted my overall experience. This is definitely not the BayCare experiance I am used to
