BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel - Emergency Center

Best hospital to go to in case you’re in an emergency. I took my dad when he had a high fever for a week. They immediately took him to the room. The process was very quick and efficient!

I had a positive experience. Every staff member was kind and courteous and respectful at all times. All my testing was done respectfully; I did not have to wait hours. Food was good, my room and floor I was on was spotless. I usually go to BayCare; Morton Plant in Clearwater however I reside in Wesley Chapel now. I would recommend this facility without hesitation.

I have never in my life witnessed the level of dismissal and unprofessionalism that Dr. Patel showed during my husband’s ER visit. Went in for very concerning symptoms & were treated like we were overreacting before he even knew what was fully going on. The lab results came back very elevated and the nurse showed a lot of concern. Doctor did not care. The answer to every question was “I don’t know” “I don’t have that memorized” or “that’s not an ER issue.” We were left with nothing - “follow up with your primary care” - We don’t have one because we are new to the area and establishing an appointment as a new patient can take a month or more. We will probably be headed to a different ER to get an actual opinion. I would like to note that the nurses we dealt with were kind, compassionate, a

Great place with friendly staff. The new hospital is clean and modern. They took care of my newborn quickly and efficiently.

Service was good, but they charged me $6.5k for a 3 hours visit. Would cost <$150 overseas. Should be illegal
