Baya Urgent Care

I take My 1st DOT Physical on a Saturday Morning as a walk in and the Staff was Hands Down the Best I've worked with in Years. From Mrs. Tamika at the reception Desk to Mrs. Laura Caley, RN. Also Alexis was very helpful. They were very Kind, Considerate of My personal feelings ,Hospitable and skilled as Medical professionals. I am so impressed with their services that I am going to recommend them to all of My fellow Truck Driver's for their future DOT physicals!

We arrived at Baya Urgent Care around 6:15 pm for my son’s ankle injury (They close at 7:30 pm). While we were there submitting his pt. info via online, the receptionist asked us which ankle needed attention. Then, she went back to inform the clinical staff. After conversing with them, she came back and told us that the x-ray technician had already left. I told her, “That’s fine, we’d still like for the Dr. to look at his ankle, so he can at least get a Dr’s note for work.” It’s swollen and he needs to stay off of it, the Dr would’ve seen that had we been allowed to see them. She said the Dr. wouldn’t see him without the x-ray. I’m not one who typically posts reviews, as I have better things to do with my time, but I feel very frustrated with what took place this evening. My visit to Baya Urgent Care was outstanding. Nurse Alexis provided exceptional care, she was patient, thorough, and genuinely caring. She explained everything clearly and ensured I felt at ease. It’s rare to find such compassionate healthcare, and I’m very grateful for the experience!

My experience there which usually on a weekend has been wonderful. I’ve come in bleeding. Jamie comes out wraps my hand up until it’s my turn. I like the fact that they can stitch me right there. Everyone there has always been friendly and compassionate. And I’ve been there a lot with sinus infections and many other issues.

On line registration could not be completed prior to arriving. Could not access discharge documents as app would not function. Was not offered written copy. Nurse practitioner was short and snippy . Poor respiratory evaluation despite having audible wheezing. She might have been having a bad day. All other staff polite and helpful. Issue for visit was addressed.
