Dr. Pam has been our vet for many years. She is one of the best animal health professionals we know. She takes her time to find out the history, habits and many other factors that play into an animal’s overall health and ultimate diagnosis. Her approach is holistic and she will educate you on how you can best help your pet. It’s rare for a doctor to take that kind of time these days. Thank you Dr. Pam and team.

I wish I could give Dr. Pohlmann and her staff 10 stars. She is absolutely fabulous! A friend reccomended her, because the previous practice I took our son to, didn't help him and they were incredibly overpriced. Not only has Dr. Pohlmann identified his health issues, she explained to us what we can do to help him and showed us how to apply the meds that he needs. She is very informative, down to earth and she definitely has a way with 4 leggers. We love that she and her staff truly do care for your pets, as it shows in how they handle them and speak to you. I feel so fortunate to finally have a vet that puts the health of your pets ahead of profit. Kudos to Dr. Pohlmann, Jordan and Marissa for all their kindness and help with our son 🥰🐕‍🦺

Simply amazing!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Dr. Pohler has taught me so much about dog health and is always willing to meet with me and answer my questions. She and her staff took great care of my 15 year old lab until she passed. Working with me for over three years, helping with her arthritis. I think the medication, diet, and exercise routine they helped me come up with kept my girl alive longer. The clinic even assists you with the cremation. She has also been taking care of my 12 year old since she was a puppy. She helped me figure out her food allergies and helped me find a brand of food that works for her. I highly recommend the Bay Village Animal Clinic!!

Love this place. The doctor has a very reasonable approach that works for me and my pets. my dog is always happy to come here and so are we.

Dr. Polhmann and her team helped diagnose and treat my dad's cat Daisy with a thyroid tumor (unfortunately inoperable) and guide Daisy to her rest weeks later with incredible compassion and skilled care. We have been going to Dr. Polhmann for years and are so grateful for her gift with animals and kindness to our own. They treat beloved animals with the kindness and dignity they deserve. The best vet clinic in Cleveland.
