I called very concerned about my kitty. I assistant I spoke with was wonderful and worked to get me on the schedule as soon as possible. Made getting records sent easy and contacted the shelter for me. Definitely recommend working with them.

Dr. Gartland and everyone and Bay Vet always go above and beyond! Recently my baby had an injury in the evening and they returned my call before business hours the next day and have reached out to follow up, ask how she’s doing, and answer questions multiple times. I so appreciate their empathy, attentiveness and proactively helping me feel assured about my pet’s health.

After residing in the Marquette area for a period of time, I made the decision to relocate back to Escanaba. During this transition, my beloved cat, Gremlin, began to exhibit signs of illness. Concerned for her well-being, I promptly sought the assistance of a local veterinary clinic that I believed to be reliable. Their compassionate and understanding demeanor over the phone provided some comfort as I expressed my growing worry and distress regarding Gremlin's deteriorating condition. She was experiencing rapid weight loss, brittle nails, and an overall decline in health. Upon arriving at the scheduled appointment, the veterinarian conducted bloodwork and delivered the devastating news of kidney failure. Unfortunately, no urinalysis or further tests were performed.
