Dr. Shen and his staff did a fantastic job removing four wisdom teeth. I healed within a couple of weeks without issue. The staff provided excellent communication.

I honestly had a really good experience , I was super anxious and the assistant helped calm me down a bit (as much as she could) and the dr came in and put me to sleep right away , everything went smoothly and im healing really well.

Overall, a great experience today! My son was well taken care of by every staff member. The Dental Assistants working with Dr. Shen were both professional and compassionate. The office and clinical areas were spotless and well-organized. As a dental clinician myself, I was very impressed. Thank you again for taking such excellent care of my kiddo!

Extremely pleased with my recent procedure done at Bay State Oral Surgery. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted, and though I was nervous for the procedure, this office did well to ease my anxiety. The front desk staff are very responsive with questions over the phone and Deborah, the dental assistant, was thorough at explaining what to expect throughout the process and post procedure. Dr Shen never rushed through the consultation; and as someone who works in healthcare, I appreciated his honesty about the risks/benefits of the procedure. Dr Shen did an amazing job. I recommend Bay State for whoever is anxious about having this procedure done, as they will make this process a breeze. 🙂

I had four wisdom teeth removed today. The receptionists, assistants, and the doctor were all fantastic. I was met with boundless kindness and comfort. The receptionist I spoke to was very helpful in getting me in for a consultation as soon possible as I was experiencing excruciating pain. Following the consultation, I was scheduled for my surgery the following week, and they even called to offer a sooner appointment which really helped me expedite the process. Dr. Shen is fantastic!!!! He is very humble and he really listens to what you have to say. Throughout the procedure he kept asking if I was comfortable or in pain. I can't imagine going anywhere else for oral surgery. I highly recommend this place
