Bay Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing

I MIRACULOUSLY and with the help of Antoinette ( the admissions coordinator ) and God ,found Baypointe for my dear friend. I cannot say enough about this facility. I have been a nurse for 40 years as well as having alot of personal expeience with Long term care facilities. The staff is beyond incredible. Whenever I ask for something I always get help and never feeling like a burden. My friend is 80 years old alert , oriented and mobile. She is so occupied with the fun activities they have there and absolutley LOVES the food. Today we had a beautiful and outstanding Thanksgiving meal with the cients and families. The entire staff waited on us and the tables were decorated Magnificently. It brought tears to my eyes . I thank you from the bottom of my heart Baypointe staff ❤️

My 98 year old grandmother stays here. She tells me they treat her well and she likes it. They have no set visitation hours, which I like because I can stop by at any time of day or night to see her. I called this place ahead of time before to make sure i could come at night and the person on the phone was very pleasant and sweet. It is located in a nice area of Virginia Beach.

Very grateful for the Thanksgiving Fellowship held at Bay Pointe Rehab on Wednesday, November 19th for the residents and their family members. A lot of careful planning and effort was evident throughout the entire event. The decorations, the music and the servers made us all feel very comfortable and special. My compliments to the cooks. The meal was absolutely scrumptious!

I had a blast! Playing bingo with the elderly was some of the most fun that I’ve ever had in my entire life! Everyone is extremely friendly and I would highly recommend others to come a visit this incredible community. They have such a soothing and homelike environment while also prioritizing the safety of everyone! There is amazing lighting, and the quality of the staff is impeccable! if you ever get the chance to visit such a loving environment, I highly recommend it

Seems very under staffed. No one communicates with you. Call lights don’t work. Room cleaners don’t perform the best job. It always smells like dirty disposable briefs. Physical therapy people are amazing
