My first visit was a welcoming experience. Pam Patient Specialist made me feel like family and extremely helpful getting started. Everything was done in a timely manner. Dr Stout and his assistant Ainslie was also courteous friendly and efficient. Dr Stout gave me a thorough examine and gave a few recommendations to improve my dental health before scheduled surgery in a few weeks. I highly recommend these professional and courteous professionals to take care of your Dental needs.

I usually do not leave reviews as my healthcare experiences are mostly sub par but I felt compelled to leave one for Bay Implant and Perio. Not only did they get me in two weeks earlier than my original appointment but they actually took the time to try and do that unlike most places. Upon arrival I was very happily greeted by Pamela at the front desk. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I went in thinking I was gonna have a very expensive and painful procedure only to find out they wouldn’t charge me for the services rendered as it was less invasive as originally thought. Most things in life are never free. I was blown away not only by this but the caring, considerate, confident, and knowledgeable staff I encountered. Amazing customer service from the beginning. Front office staff were helpful and knowledgeable especially in getting new patient information and insurance information in a timely fashion. I am horrible with remembering first names, DR Fitzgerald's assist was wonderful. Again I can't recall her name but she was from Brasil. She was friendly, helpful and comforting. The procedure went well and I was grateful for the their ability to work my extraction in even though I was there for a consultation. The procedure itself was relatively quick and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Fitz and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, l felt completely safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I went into my procedure with zero anxiety because of the calm, reassuring energy they all created. I highly recommend Dr Fitzgerald! He treated me for dental issues which involved mouth surgery. He is very capable and is a caring person as well. The staff were also top notch and the two office persons Pam, and Shannon were always friendly and helpful. I am thankful I was sent there by my own dentist. If you are in need of a periodontist Dr Fitzgerald is the best.
