The staff here is wonderful! Hannah, the dental hygienist, does a fantastic job and listens. I complained to her that my invisiline (that I had done elsewhere) was not a perfect fit and she advocated for me to the Dr about my discomfort. They gave me a long term plan, but also filed down the seam of my front teeth during my cleaning to relieve the pressure and it was an instant game changer! Love these women! This office is also great with kids. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am so happy I found Bay Ho! I have terrible dentist anxiety and everyone from the front desk gal to Dr. Raffo made me feel so comfortable. I’ve gone for multiple cleanings, filled cavities and fixed crowns and had a great experience every time. I moved up to Encinitas and will make the drive down to go here. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Bay Ho Dental. From start to finish, my experience has been exceptional. Dr. Raffo and Dr. Georges are truly skilled, caring, and detail oriented professionals. I received dental implants here, and the results are amazing. They explained every step, made sure I was comfortable, and the procedure was smoother than I expected.

This dental practice has no integrity. I took my parents here for dental work, and the price was changed three different times after the work was already completed. We agreed on one amount, but once my parents were placed in temporary crowns, the price suddenly went up. We even paid extra for parts for an implant impression — which were never reimbursed or returned. Now, months later, I’ve received yet another statement with the cost raised even higher. This behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and feels predatory. Patients deserve honesty and transparency, not surprise charges and shifting prices after the fact. Everyone should stay far away from this practice.

Dr. Raffo and Dr. Georges are very professional and straightforward. She was helpful with my cavities, and although I was initially nervous, she made me feel reassured. Erica at the front desk was also very nice and understanding. She went above and beyond. They offered great prices, and I feel at ease knowing I'm receiving good care!! I have found my new primary dentist and I'm more than satisfied. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and family.
