Bay Area Family Dentistry

This is my first time seeing Dr Williams DDS. First impressions at the front desk was fabulous. Being called back into the office area for jaw Xray was also fabulous and efficient. Going to office for the examination area was routine, pain free, thorough and completely impressive. Dr. Williams is gentle and personable and explained what was seen during the X-ray and scans. There was not one thing that could be improved upon. 5 stars! I have found my forever dentist!

They took the time to listen to my concerns, patiently answered all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that made me feel informed and at ease. What truly stood out was how thoughtful and intentional the entire experience was. From the sweet girl who did my X-rays and assisted to the sweet lady at the front desk. There was a clear treatment plan, no rushing, and a sincere check-in to make sure I was happy with the results. You can tell she truly cares about her patients, not just the work she does . I was looking for a new dentist and found Dr. Williams. I’ve never had a doctor call before the appointment just to introduce themselves and ask if you have any dental concerns ahead of your visit, yet she does this! I am always a little nervous going to a new dentist, but I was already feeling comfortable when I got there since I already “met” her over the phone. Her staff is so welcoming and polite. The dental assistant had my name up on the screen in the exam room to welcome me! Dr. Williams did the cleaning herself and took her time explaining everything she noticed that needed taken care of. She gave suggestions on a few things I asked about, like whitening my teeth, but never pressured me into buying anything they may have sold in the office. The receptionist is very friendly and

Dr. Williams and her crew were great from start to finish. Very welcoming, professional, friendly, and focused on ensuring that their patients receive outstanding care. The office is comfortable and relaxing, and their technology is top tier. Can't say enough about what a great first visit I had - our family has found our new dentist.

Dr. Williams and all of her staff are the best! After tying a few other dentist in the area I am glad that we’ve found her and have made her our family dentist. Dr. Williams is so patient and very thorough. THANK YOU DR.WILLIAMS and staff!!!
