Dr. Troya is amazing. This practice is not. Worst I have ever dealt with. You can never get a person to pick up and leaving messages is pointless because no one ever returns them. I have tried to get answers to a problem for 6 weeks. When you do get a person they tell you they have to call you back and never do. They are rude and indifferent. Why would you have staff that care so little about people? Can't wait until Medicare then I am out of there!

I will start off by saying Dr Sean Amirzadeh is amazing. He makes you feel comfortable with talking about what’s going on and explaining your treatment options. The low rating is for the other staff. I have been calling for 2 weeks to get my medical records. I have left multiple messages, I have emailed, I have tried the “contact us” option on the website and I have left messages for the office manager with ZERO response. At this point my treatment is being delayed by other providers because I cannot get anyone to call me back. So if you decide to go here do it at your own discretion, you’ll have an amazing doctor but you will never be able to get your records.

Hot in lobby a little uncomfortable yet everything else was good. Called many times for a follow up appointment, left voicemails even for the office manager, no calls back, I emailed and requested appointment online, still waiting a year and a month later. They have a robot now answering the phone.

Add an appointment scheduled that was my 6-month appointment called earlier in the week verified appointment call that morning at 10:00 a.m. cuz I'm a CDL driver and that I needed additional paperwork from the doctor no problem went to my appointment in the early afternoon and they close the office never contacted me till just before the appointment 30 minutes before

Dr.Troya is a great endocrinologist. He knows his business inside and out.Has been treating me for a couple years now and I am happy with his services.
