HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Dr. Abbott is by far the best audiologist I have ever been to, and I have had quite a few over the years. For the first time in my life, I am excited about my hearing aids. I have had 3 pairs in the past, and this is the first pair I have worn COMFORTABLY AND WITHOUT COMPLAINTS. Dr. Abbott clearly cares about her patients and wants the best for them. She was patient and understanding in fitting my hearing aids. I waited a few months before writing this review, as I wanted to make sure I was still happy after wearing them daily. I LOVE MY NEW HEARING AIDS AND CONTINUE TO BE EXCITED AND THANKFUL EVERY DAY FOR MY "NEW HEARING". Thank you Dr. Abbott! And the staff is an extra bonus....very professional and kind.

I am a guardian to my older brother whom is severely brain damaged. My brother was in need of new hearing aids so I made an appointment with Dr. Abbott at Bay Area Audiology. Everyone at Bay Area Audiology made my brother and I feel comfortable from the very first moment. They also have a great sense of humor which we both enjoyed. Dr. Abbott and the staff treated my brother with the ultimate compassion and patience. My brother now has his new hearing aids that are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Abbott and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and extremely kind hearted. They are the epitome of what a doctor's office should be!!! My husband and I are so pleased with Dr. Abbott. Of course she’s brilliant but comforting, friendly, and we come away as if we’ve been with a good friend.
