I could tell from our first session that Angel truly enjoys her work and is very good at it. I went in for a 90 minute massage therapy session and this was the first time I ever experienced lasting effects. I felt great for the entire week following my visit. I also recently experienced an injury to my foot involving a deep wound. I spoke with her about photobiomodulation (red light) therapy and how it could help. I noticed a difference in a single session and have another one scheduled. A short conversation with her will reveal that she understands the human body very well and is an excellent resource for understanding how to achieve higher levels of overall wellness. I’ve been going to Angel as needed for the past 4-5 years. She’s incredible at what she does and she takes the time to listen to your needs and learn your body. I’ve had hot stones and suction cups and both were amazing. I’ve had sessions where we have talked most of the time and I’ve had some where it is complete silence, she really picks up on how you want the session to go, all while accomplishing having your body worked on. If you are looking for a massage that will actually make a difference I cannot recommend BRB enough. The vibe is always a perk along with the music.

Whew, where to start, well first off this review is about a year overdue. March of 2024, I had some really, really bad back pain across my back that I could not get rid of. To add some context, I have scoliosis and I do bodybuilding, so I am very bad about doing mobility work, and it had been a while since getting tissue work done.
