Batson Tower: Children's Hospital

I'm so thankful that my baby boy is here, and that y'all are doing y'alls best to treat him. Nursing staff has been great. The staff in the ED, great. Physicians have been nice and informative and answered questions gracefully. It's been really nice. But y'all may want to get a hold of the person or people that are part of the team that parents have to call in order to get a meal tray sent to the room. The 2nd time I called to be sure I had a tray ordered, I detected undeniable attitude, but I tried to ignore it and understand that this is a huge monster of a hospital... it must be wearing on a mere human to deal with that all the time. We are all human, and we are all sinful. But this morning I called, and I heard whoever picked up to answer say, "already with these people" before greetin
