They will advise you that insurance has authorized X amt of session, and surprise bill you later.. while other area of BRG will collect fees on front end, which is what I was expecting. Just beware to ask for something in writing before proceeding with therapies and know your plan and how these types of services are covered or not…..as these services are very costly.

Used to be good - now terrible. drown you in red tape and make excuses not to treat. Made two long trips, first session PT spent entire time talking and didn't treat stating to make another appointment. Came back and they told me other PT could've see me due to lack of experience
