F this place. Wouldn’t send a dying person here. Came in for preemployment screening. Couldn’t find my paper work and finally asked about it 30 min later, when I said I would forward email on checking in. My “nurse,” tech, or whoever left to get margaritas bc her shift was over and the staff forgot about me. Sat around for another hour + until I asked for help. For something that should have taken 30 min, took almost 3 hours. This place should be shut down. The manager is who did my tests and flu shot. It was past closing time when I got attention. Literally the lights were being shut off when I finally got what I came there for. DO NOT GO THERE

Express Care Urgent Care has the most friendliest down to earth staff members I've ever experienced. They are professional, well spoken and very courteous! I would recommend this facility to everyone. Fast, friendly, and very polite. 5 stars easily

My experience was great , Rylee, Dee, Lacey and Taylor were very professional. My was wait time was less than 5 minutes. I appreciate them all !!

Horrible....dont know how to input champ va...management lied to wife and told her they need a referral...upon correction that it is champ va not just va they claimed they still don't take it....my wife's PCP is at brg..... slow uncaring cold inept...just a few words to describe this place ...well over an hour they still cant figure it out. They really should train their management and front desk on how do do basic insurance entry. Beds not cleaned...nurse hasn't spoken a single time...put o2 sensor on BP weight not a single word....terrible.

The worst place I have ever been to. Do not go there for ANYTHING. Almost 2 hrs for a simple drug screen.
