Bates Miller Sims

I have seen Dr. Miller for about 20 years now. I love that he always takes time to thoroughly listen to my concerns. Never feel rushed out the door. Of course this also means you may have longer wait times because he is also giving the same care to others. Ashley, his nurse, is amazing and any time I call needing meds or anything else, she is on top of it. And I saw Michelle Martin for the first time in walk in and I loved her. She has that mothering way about her that just feels so comforting when you aren't feeling well. You can tell she is doing what she is meant to be doing.

Great office and staff. I think a lot of people take this place for granted. The only thing is there is usually a little bit of a wait for appointments but also its one of the few doctors offices in a small town so that is going to happen.

Neglected fish in the waiting room. 2 hour wait time for a 20 minute exam. Female doctor ( not nurse ) was rude

Can never get in to be seen and when they finally schedule you they forget about you or say you were never on the schedule or don't actually call you in for your appointment until making you wait hours after your appointment time. This place has completely failed since COVID. Do better. Close enough to 5 years later and having the SAME experiences. If an appointment is scheduled at 10am, I expect to be seen at least within that same hour. The long wait times are completely unacceptable. Space out appointment times if it's going to be that hard to get people in at their actual appointment times. Waiting close enough to 2 and 1/2 hours in the waiting room just to be called back and then another hour in the room to see a doctor for 5 minutes is unacceptable as well. I’m extremely disappoint

I really don't know how to feel about this place I don't think they're good at getting in contact with test results or callbacks I've been in extreme pain due to nausea my throat burns like fire I am pregnant and I have called these people multiple times to talk to a doctor or a nurse or somebody to help prescribe me zofran or something for the sickness it's been 2-3 weeks.
