This place SUCKS all employee need an anger management class but 1. 1 was nice she seen I had trash in my hand and she asked me if she can take that from me I didn't listen or wanted to talk to the employee but i was to pissed about the other employee she the older woman so for her I apologize for that. The rest needs to go to class

Only giving one star because I have to, to leave a review. If you have a loved one, don't send them here. They pick favorites and if you aren't one of them, you get treated terribly. They will leave them lay in bed making excuses to not get them out of bed but will sit at the nurses station on their phones ignoring residents care but it's okay because the management team is clicky with the nurses and aides and if you party with them, your job will be secure. One aide drinks alcohol at the facility and state was called about it, the facility still saved their job. I had to call the police for a welfare check to get someone the care they deserved. And if you call the police, they will threaten you with a 30 day notice. They are also so short staffed that they have the therapy team helping ru

The team at Batavia Nursing Care is outstanding! My father has lived there for little over 9 months. Once admitted, we immediately had a Care Conference to address his needs. The room was recently updated with flooring and paint. Although this is an older facility, it does look updated. No "odors". My father loves the food and the entire staff of compassionate nursing and social departments feel more like friends helping me care for him. The Activity director is amazing in providing activities for all residents. The front desk coordinator does an excellent job of planning the transportation. The director of the facility always has time to meet with me. I would definitely recommned this facility! They definitely demonstrate a community of care culture.

This place is terrible but will keep getting business they are the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of ever seeing.. I remember when my father was there and was partially paralyzed from the neck down had a lot of movement and was able to feed himself before going in there but during covid had to go there for his tracheotomy while there noone could see him for months and honestly I felt like they just wanted him to die before covid was over because when I seen my father I could hardly recognize him my dad was 56 6ft 3 250lbs wasn't a small man when I seen him he looked like a skeleton he was frail I could literally pick him up it broke me. When I seen his shoulders and how they where locked forward because they put pillows on each side of him to keep him from fall over.they didn't w

The staff is amazing but short handed. Unfortunately that is everywhere. My issue is with Management. I can NEVER get a call back. The only time someone reached out to me was when I left a bad review. Here we are again. My sister is here. She is out of money so I need here approved for Medicaid so she can receive the services she needs. She has toenails digging into her feet but missed the podiatrist appointment because paperwork was not completed in January. She has broken glasses and cannot see. I sat down with Finance AGAIN to try to get everything processed by the end of February. I don’t know if it is done because Finance will not call me back. She had been paying $10,000 per month and we can’t even get a phone call. I am so sorry we chose this place.
