We had such an incredible experience at our first visit today! From the moment we walked in, Michele, the office administrator, made us feel completely welcome. She was so warm, friendly, and genuinely excited for us being a mom-and-daughter duo starting orthodontic care together. The entire office has such a family-friendly atmosphere. You truly feel at home the moment you walk in. It was honestly the most comfortable dental/orthodontic visit I’ve ever had and couldn’t have asked for a better first experience for my daughter. What impressed me the most was how efficient and thoughtful the team was. We came in expecting just a consultation, and they made the most of our day off from school and work by moving us right into records. Before we knew it, my daughter was getting her braces on

We are semi new to the Batastini Orthodontics has been nothing less than amazing to work with. Michele the practice administrator is fabulous! She has worked with me and has taken an interest in my children which helps me and my children feel comfortable under their care. We are extremely happy with our decision!

Batastini Orthodontics has the most amazing staff! Everyone is aways so happy, informative, and eager to help patients. We are greeted with amazing smiles and always feel welcome. The staff explained each procedure to my daughter to make her feel comfortable- great experience and results.
