BASS Imaging Center

The MRI I had at bass imaging was absolutely the most fabulous experience and I left that place happier then when I came. You lay down in the MRI and they give you headphones to listen to any kind of music you like, the lighting is lavender with pink and it makes you feel really relaxed and happy. And then you watch a video of rolling oceans and dolphins on the barrier reef and it just keeps changing oceans and soft rolling waves. It is absolutely fabulous and I started to fall asleep and I didn't want to get out I just wanted to lay there the rest of the day it was the most awesome MRI I have ever had in my life and everyone should go to Bass imaging for MRI! It made the rest of my day happy and wonderful! It is definitely for the claustrophobic person because you don't even know you are

The mammogram tech was unbelievably nice! She made me feel so comfortable and she was quick with the machine. The machine was new and hurt a lot less than the older ones! 5 stars!!!

I'd never heard of BASS Imaging Center until last year and I am sure glad I found them. I had to go through a series of MRIs every 6 months and I was being sent to a place (I won't mention the name). the staff was nice but I'm a hard stick (veins don't want to cooperate) so I always had a difficult time at the other location. I have the same veins (of course) but the difference with the staff at BASS is that they try a little harder. They have staff skilled in this area. I'll be honest, there have been a couple of times I had to have 2 different people working with me but that's just it. They took the time to make sure the task was accomplished all the while being kind to me and making me feel comfortable. Not to mention, the machines are modern and I enjoy that as well. I recommen

Worst customer service ever. Paid $500 for mri. Was told prior to that coded bill would be included. Was given a basic receipt. Requested the actual coded bill again and was told that no one was available in billing. Called back the next day and was told that if I wanted to come and pick up the bill I was more than welcomed. Arrived and was given the same receipt. Just got the bill over two months later and being treated very rudely by a woman who identified herself as Kelly Chin the office manager. She actually told me she was going to end my call. SMH. Once they get your money they don’t want to hear from you.
