Do not go here if you value your HIPPA. I was given someone else’s medications when picking up my wife’s scripts. I now know one my neighbors medical info. Didn’t notice until I got home. The manager gave it to me, when I came back the same day to give the script back he didn’t even remember from a couple hours ago. They don’t pay attention to details. They swore up and down the script wasn’t brand. Gave my wife meds she allergic too. I go back, shocker it says brand. No technology, you must call all your meds in. The customer service is also terrible. I’m not sure how they stay open. Go somewhere else.

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy. They tell you your prescription will be in in 2 days but 5 days later they'll tell you the same thing. I can't even get my prescription transferred to somewhere competent because I need the prescription number and I can't get that information because no one answers the phone.

This place is awesome. All other pharmacies have long waits and automated phone systems that make it impossible to speak with a Live person. Bashas is the only one I know of that has No Automated Phone System > They actually answer their phones. Imagine that, in 2025. Practically Unheard of

The pharmacistsand e extremely pleasant, professional, intelligent with a well stocked pharmacy. . I have even received courtesy calls informing me that my prescriptions have been filled and will call the insurance company or your physician if a problem should occur.

Tom & Robert are the BEST pharmacists! Always very personable & even more knowledgeable. I wish they had some hours for Sunday but in exchange for that they always have the drugs in stock that I need to fill & if they don't they get them by the next day by 2pm. NONE of the other pharmacys in Maricopa can say that!! Fry's, CVS, Walmart have all told me in the past if they have to order a medication it would take a 4-5 days to get the drug in stock. REALLY, a week!? I've been a Registered Medical Assistant for 20 yrs, let me be the one to tell you that that time frame is not only unprofessional, ridiculous AND horrible patient care!! If a patient called me and stated that a pharmacy told them it would take more than 24 hrs to stock a drug, I would suggest to the patient that they find a new
