Bashas' Pharmacy

This pharmacy use to be great. We never had problems, but the main pharmacist retired. Since Joe retired, it has never been the same. There are two employees that are friendly and knowledgeable. Shanna and Steve are the only two that know what is happening in that place. Now they have cut the pharmacy hours, longer wait times on refills, and pharmacists that feel they know more than the prescribing doctors... After NUMEROUS years of being loyal customers we are changing to a different pharmacy. It's just not worth the hassle.

This Has to be one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. I recently moved back to Arizona opera in the area where this pharmacy is located and figured it would be a good idea to keep my pharmacy within a couple of miles of my house. I just want to say that the staff is completely rude, if you have any questions they just seem to have no time to answer any of them. I especially dealt with this this past week when I have a couple of prescriptions that took a little longer than normal to be received by their location. I spoke to multiple people and they all were very rude on the phone even though I was very polite and trying to be understanding of the situation. I’ve even had friends who have moved to the area and use this pharmacy who is actually pulled away from it and don’t use

The WORST customer service in a pharmacy! Hoping to get a transfer and needed to call Basha's 4 times. Still no results. Will find a better pharmacy. Anyone can get the same drugs at any pharmacy so if customer service is poor, no need to do business here.

Well, we tried this pharmacy again after two bad experiences. GoodRx said that they had the lowest price on a prescription. So we printed the coupon and gave it to them. She said if they were to honor that price, they would lose money. She also said that they don’t have to honor GoodRx prices — “it’s in the fine print.” I called GoodRx and they said they need to honor their contracted rates. This pharmacy could use some training about customer service.
