I can't say enough good things about Bartley Structural Integration. In January I fell down a flight of stairs and while I didn't break anything I did have some small internal bleeding and muscle tears. Jay's healing body work really helped put me back together. I tried several massage therapist and numerous visits to the chiropractor, but it wasn't till I came to see Jay that the pain really started to diminish and I could reconnect properly into my Pilates practice again. I'm now more than halfway through the ten series and I can say with all confidence that it's the best money I've ever spent on myself. While Jay is a skilled practitioner his warm demeanor and personality are a key component to setting your mind and body at ease to gracefully facilitate a truly healing experience.
