I've been a patient at Bartlett Eyecare Center for 19 years. Dr. Jass is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The Center's staff are always professional and friendly, both in-person and over the phone. I have recommended others to Bartlett Eyecare Center and will continue to do so.

New patient. Went in for eye exam and glasses. Dr Jass and all the staff there are very friendly, kind, and helpful. They explain everything they are doing. They give you options. They are upfront about costs. Felt very comfortable the whole time. No high pressure sales. Answered all my questions. Very pleasant experience. I look forward to continuing care there for years!

Every person you interact with is very nice and they listen to your concerns. The check in process is very easy and I have never had to wait to start taking eye tests. While doing the tests, they address anything you may want to contribute. Great facility too with all the upgrades!

Dr. Jass is great. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I am an established client but when there was in urgency Dr. Jass got me in that day and was available to speak to me when I called back with a question. Thank you!
