We had a great experience here! The staff and therapists are excellent. Nikki is a gifted speech therapist. My son loved his sessions with her. Highly recommend!

Mrs. Courtney is a jewel! She's done so well with my son. She pays attention to so much detail that she helped point out that my son had eye troubles. He actually ended up needing glasses. I'm so thankful for her! Mrs. Stephanie has been super duper with my daughter as well. She has finally came out of her shell and enjoys life instead of standing off in the background hiding. Thank you ladies!

Miss Courtney is the BEST. She has helped our kiddo out so much! We have seen so much improvement in her behavior. Courtney always explains everything to us and has suggestions for us to apply at home as well. We’re so thankful for her.

Miss Nikki is amazing. She is creative with ways to get my daughter to practice and produce new sounds. She’s patient and kind when offering corrections. She is very detailed when explaining expectations and progress to me in a way that’s easy to understand.

Can’t speak to the therapy services offered but can attest that the front office/admin situation is a disaster. We went to visit the location in May at their requested time, the office was closed as they didn’t communicate to the appropriate staff we were coming in. We come back the next day, confirm they take our insurance and get put on a 6 week waiting list. We call at 4-5 weeks and ask what the wait is and when we can schedule, told another 2 months. We get get a call at the end of July for an appointment and reconfirm they take our insurance. Got a call this morning (early August) two hours before our appointment to inform us they don’t take our insurance. We lost our entire summer waiting for this appointment based on their reviews.
