Baron Dental

I had a really frustrating experience at Baron Dental. My family and I have been loyal customers for years, and the service has always been great. I had an appointment today at 2:40 PM, but they texted me to reschedule it to 3:00 PM. I explained that I couldn't make that time because I needed to pick up my kids. I even suggested we could reschedule if they couldn’t see me on time. They assured me they could, but when I arrived, I waited over 20 minutes and still wasn’t seen. It felt like they were deceiving me and trying to keep me waiting the whole time, despite knowing my time was limited. I just wish they would respect my time as much as I respect theirs.

Baron Dental is an outstanding practice. My wife, 2 grown children and I all go there. We have been going there for at least 5 years now. The staff from the front desk to the dental hygienists are all very professional and nice. The environment is relaxing and calming. I feel at ease with Dr. Baron and his entire staff. The dental care we get is top notch. Every experience has been positive.

Dr.Baron has sold this practice to another dentist and it is NOT the same. I showed up for an appointment and was informed the dentist was not there due to a religious holiday after I had driven 40 min and taken an antibiotic. Then I rescheduled and went back and was told I need a crown and when I asked the cost I was told he would email me the breakdown and I am still waiting a month later. Never going back after being with Dr Baron for 10 years

Dr. Baron and his staff are wonderful. Office staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Dental staff are very professional. Dr. Baron provides great care for my family, always taking the time to explain something or answer a question, always making sure we are comfortable. I trust him to provide quality care and truthful information - not always easy to find nowadays.

I called on a Monday to set up an appointment, as a new patient with a concern and they gave me a next day appointment. They take a wide range of insurances and even offer an in office insurance policy! The staff was extremely nice, the dental hygienist was thorough. I had to have a filling replaced at the same appointment and he did a wonderful job. I personally have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist and felt at ease - Dr Baron does amazing work. I'm so glad I found this practice and would highly recommend others to check them out.
