Met Dr. Barnett today for the first time. A beautiful, brilliant young woman! . I am grateful my NY Dr. recommended her. She’s calming and not an alarmist. That’s what I need as I’m phobic regarding all things medical !and I am so pleased to have her as my dermatologist in Fl. Bless this beautiful young doctor!

I could not get in touch with Dr. Barnett. I’ve been with her for almost 20 years. Terrible office experience. Made my appointment online. I drove over an hour to make my appointment only to get there and they were overbooked and could not honor my appointment. Will never go back to this Dr again. Not worth the pain in the ass dealing with the office people.

I called to make an appointment and spoke to Mina to confirm my insurance was still accepted, she assured me that it was and scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving I was told that my insurance is no longer accepted. I was very disapointed and asked to speak to the manager, but was told that she's in a meeting and will be there all day. Since I had to wait for a ride, I decided to wait in the office for the manager to be done. After just 5 minutes, Debbie the manager comes out and tells me to leave the office or they'll call the police. This has caused a lot of frustration.

Very professional office and atmosphere from the entire staff to Dr Barnett herself . Sees patients on time which I appreciate very much as a retired NY Dentist , who always did the same. Very nice chairside manner. Easy to talk to. Recommend Highly
