I recently posted a (very) negative review about this business, and as guilty as I feel, I think it only fair to post again. I never intended for so many to read these reviews (let alone store representatives)... I realize, that the busyness of my day, and the stress that I was facing, had a very big impact on that negative review... For this I am very sorry. A store representative reached out, and apologized for my inconvenience (no excuses, no passing blame), and so for this I will again say, that I'm very sorry, and will gladly try again. Barnes is the cutest pharmacy. So nice they help you the best they can they ordered medicine in when Walmart couldn't and get it faster .

Got my diabetic shoes there and Karen was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

I love this place. Great place to find someone a gift or even something for yourself. I love the IV hydration that they offer is amazing when you need some fluids or even a boost of vitamins.
