Very good small hospital, my 93yo grandmother has been having chronic UTIs for almost a year been to all the hospitals in the area from Binghamton to scranton this was the only hospital that actually listened and provided very good care and treatment. All the Nurses Dr's and staff were fantastic. Dr. Patel is a great Dr. Dont hesitate if your able to see him for your care!

Not a good place to go for treatment with the exception of their rehab people. No one who works there recommends any of the doctors, only P.A.s. The emergency rooms are nothing more than low-ceilinged, concrete bunkers that have no equipment in them except for things being stored and a bed. The nurse had to use a chair to set her things on. Doctor was attitudinal. He made three brief appearances with his clipboard; and talked down to me each time. My cousin has also gone to the ER there three times over the years with his family while camping and had to go elsewhere for treatment because the issues were not dealt with properly. I find this very sad, not only for the hospital, but for the community.

I've been here several times over the past 6 months. First two visits were great. Day shift at that time was great. Came in twice on night shift. Super slow moving for not having any other patients in the ER. Came in a few weeks ago for stitches. Nurse dropped the blue paper they put under my sons wound and picked it up as if it wasn't dropped on a dirty floor and proceeded to use it. Came in today, my husband may have broke his ribs and they told us we would have to go to the walk in. The walk in is a complete joke. I gave it a shot once. My daughter kept running fevers and coughing. They did no tests. Literally listened to her heart and lungs and said it's a virus and sent us on our way. I refuse to use the walk in ever again. That being said we walked into our Primary care Dr. Office g

I had been admitted to the hospital and was very ill. While everyone was great the nurses, the aids, they took very good care of me. The best aide that went above and beyond for me was Shay. Shay worked very hard and did everything she could to make me comfortable and make me feel better. She is one good woman! And of course my Doctor, Dr. Hinkley, he was the best and took great care of me. Thank you all so much.

The doctors and nurses are so wonderful here and they truly care about you. They do everything they can't to get you feeling better - they always go above and beyond. Friendly and funny and bright - you couldn't ask for a better crew of people to take care you.
