As a retired respiratory therapist, I recognize very good respiratory knowledge and care. Respiratory therapist, Chelsea, scores high on my list. When I had concerns about the effectiveness of my husband's therapy after extensive dental work, she looked up his history and took time to discuss all aspects of equipment and his physical problem and helped me form a plan to adjust his equipment as his problem improves. Many new and inovated equipment is in use since my twenty year retirement but she spoke to me as one professional to another. At 83 years of age, that is so refreshing and scarce in today's world! Words cannot adequately express how thankful we are to this company. We had been promised the delivery of a hospital bed multiple times by another company, which turned into a delay of a week, with no bed and lots of crazy conversations. We were able to get the rehab my mother was at to change companies and they selected Barnes. To us, it was a miracle that they actually had beds in stock and that they would deliver the same day. They were so personable, kept their word, and delivered and set up her bed the same day . We needed the short rails instead of the long, and they ran back to the shop and came back right away. Barnes Healthcare Services was wonderful! It was totally painless when ordering supplies ... And the delivery drivers were very nice and always on time. I would totally recommend this company.

Laramie was very awesome . She was helpful and seemed concerned about my health . Thank you so much Laramie. I'm going to miss talking to you. The only thing that concerns me is not getting me a shower chair in which I have fallen in the shower and was badly bruised.
