Brittney at ext 1184 was awesome and helpful. We were having issues with Barnes not billing our secondary insurance. After receiving 3 bills for the same balance and speaking with other Barnes billing reps, I kept getting the same bill. After speaking with Brittney on Friday, I feel that the bill will finally be sent to our secondary insurance provider. Thank you Brittney for understanding our predicament.

I was from out of town and left my CPAP mask & hose at home. Found Barnes via a quick Google search and was introduced to Charley in Crestview who is their RT. She was very pleasant and helpful. She provide me a mask & hose and sent me on my way. Superb service. Will use them again when in the area.

My father had to have a PEG placed and Barnes health care apparently had a tube placed that only their 60 cc syringes could fit to administer meds and tube feeding to that PEG. Now they no longer offer enteral services in Panama city and every 60 cc syringes that I have bought do not fit the PEG tube. I don't care if your company had to ship them from other Barnes sites to my home. That should have happened as soon as you stopped enteral services in Panama city. I will not recommend your company to anyone. It's obvious that you don't really care what happens to patients or your company would have made sure that all of their patients had what they needed.

My 84 year old dad has 2nd and possibly 3rd degree burns on his legs. A walker was ordered by Medicare a day ago and I have tried repeatedly to get ahold of them and left messages to no avail. Now we will be the entire weekend with him extremely limited mobility

Multiple deliveries of iv medications have not been delivered. It has taken 3 pumps to get the iv working consistently. This is for my sister who has a bone infection which requires CONTINUOUS IV infusion.
