I had a wonderful experience with Barlow Veterinary Office. The staff was incredibly professional and caring throughout my pet's care. After my pet passed away, they went above and beyond by sending a thoughtful card, which meant a lot to me. Their compassion and dedication truly made a difficult time a little easier. Staff is amazing , I've been looking for a new vet and think I have found my spot . Was able to make an appointment no problem , parking was fine outside the building.

We are incredibly grateful to Barlow Trail Veterinary Clinic for seeing us immediately when we had an emergency with our dog, Lilly. In a moment of panic, they welcomed us without hesitation and got her the urgent care she needed. The staff was compassionate, calm, and professional throughout the entire visit. They treated Lilly like she was their own, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped ease our worries during a very stressful time. It’s not easy to find that level of care and kindness, especially on short notice. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there for us and Lilly. We truly can’t recommend them highly enough!

I did not write this post when it happened because I felt that maybe it was a one off situation. But now after living in the area and hearing the horrible reviews from other residents I can see how this was not a one off and the general way they conduct business. Our dog ripped its toenail and needed to be seen right away. They did get her seen immediately. The bill was $700. Which was fine, I was willing to pay for that to help our dog. But in reality they jacked up the price. $50 for a nail trim! I had to tell them to trim her nails since that is why she ripped her nail (we used to live in the city where her nails would naturally be warn down by the pavement). Why wouldn't they have suggested to trim her nails, but whatever. The service was fine, although, my husband brought her in and

Dr Houston has always been amazing with my animals. From puppy stage right up thru their senior years. She’s is extremely knowledgeable and knows what things cost and is not afraid to tell you up front what needs to be done and the price for it. She will also tell you that it’s something that needs to be done on a specific timeline so you have the opportunity to save up for it if needed. I will continue to take my pets to her
