From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. The doctors truly care about their patients and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure before beginning treatment. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in until I left. Every staff member was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office to anyone! Bardstown Road Dental is professional, friendly, clean, and careful. I came for a cleaning and my hygienist, Elle, was amazing. Both dentists said hello to me and Dr. Tinsley is the one who looked over everything after my cleaning. The front desk ladies were also super friendly and helpful when I arrived. Overall, start to finish, it was great. I’m definitely making this my new dentist!

I’ve went here multiple times for emergency dental services and was always met with patience and care. These dentists actually care about you, I will never go anywhere else! Both gentlemen are very nice and friendly and know what they’re doing! I’m going in on Thursday for some extractions, I know I’ll be handled with care, excellent service and professionalism!

I have very very bad dental experiences. I have extreme anxiety. This has been the best experience ive ever had. Dr tinsley is so kind, explains very well, willing to go look up your insurance when needed a reference to an oral surgeon. Its not just him. Its the WHOLE staff. Ive never felt safe in a dentist office, until today. Also at least one staff member is bilingual.

A couple years back I reached out to Bardstown Dental regarding almost emergency tooth pain, while a nervous situation in itself, I was comforted by the front staff to come in and be checked out. Upon arrival, I got checked in & taken back quickly where I was welcomed like family by the entire staff and Dr.Tinsley, His outgoing & upbeat attitude, and thoroughness made me feel like I was in good hands and that couldn’t be more true. Not only was the entire process efficiently done, but it was perfect with results I wasn’t expecting myself. The dentist can be a nerve racking experience but Bardstown Dental and the entire staff have found a way to almost take that away while going above & beyond.
