I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Bardonia Pharmacy. As a new mom, there’s nothing more important to me than knowing my daughter is safe and well cared for and I wouldn’t trust any other place to fill her medicine. The entire staff treats us like family, going above and beyond every single time. They don’t just fill prescriptions, they genuinely care about the health, safety, and well-being of our children as if they were their own. Even during the busiest times, when the store is full of patients and phones are ringing nonstop, they never make you feel like just another number. Visited Bardonia pharmacy to have a prescription filled last night an hour before they closed after Walgreens in Tappan had my script for over 5 hours and closed at 6pm without filling it. I was sick and needed to start the script immediately. The pharmacist who did not know me worked to overcome several hurdles with my insurance to fill my script like I was his relative. Unbelievably overwhelmed by the amount of time and energy spent on filling my prescription when the pharmacist easily could have given up after the first attempt and I would have been accepting, given the fact that it was 15 minutes before close. You definitely don’t find this at a retail chain. I will make bardonia pharmacy my new pharmacy going forward.

I recently switched to this pharmacy after getting many recommendations. Wish I switched sooner! The staff and pharmacist is so kind, and their delivery option is very helpful.

I filled a prescription for an antibiotic for my 1 yr old who had pneumonia. After a couple of days of using the medication, we realized that when reconstituting the antibiotic, the pharmacy had added too much water and our child was not getting the full dose. We returned the medication and they replaced it with a new bottle reconstituted to the proper volume. When showing them the bottle and their acknowledgment of the improper dosage, they seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. I wanted to support a local business but ended up extremely disappointed after trusting them with the health of my child.

Bardonia pharmacy is the nicest and kindest pharmacy I’ve been to, not only do they go the extra mile to work with doctors and insurance and figure things out for anyone ( compared to dealing with places like cvs or Walgreens were they just don’t care ) the staff here literally is so kind I can’t thank them enough. I just had to decide between getting my meds and having $2 to make it till next week and the fact that they are willing to help and figure things out literally means so much. Theyre not just a pharmacy Theyre caring and amazing people
